COACHING

There are three levels of training plans that are tailored to your individual needs.

All plans are individually planed up according to the individual’s physiological abilities, goals, desires, and, most importantly, according to the time available for training.

Coaching begins with comprehensive onboarding, including a detailed questionnaire, long-term, and short-term strategy outline and goal-setting. To determinate your fitness level and training zones we made initial testings and analyses of the past training processes.
Personal training plan tailored to your fitness level, your goals, and your daily routine is scheduling via TrainingPeaks web, Android or OS app and optionally send daily via e-mail.

Data analysis is made via WKO5 and feedback provided on all key workouts via TrainingPeaks and members section on the web page. From analyses of how your fitness develops we can successively make corrections and adjustments to the plan.

Follow up progress reports are provided every 1-4 weeks (depend on training program). The reports offer detailed insights into your fitness progression.

The plan is intended for demanding amateur and professional riders who demand only the best. The program utilizes the latest training knowledge and techniques to help you achieve more in a shorter time. The plan contains a daily analysis of training and related daily data. The plan is adjusted daily according to regeneration.

Plan correction

Adjustments to the training plan are made in case of unforeseeable events, weather, family, work… . In our ADVANCED training programs, modifications to the plan are also made based on athletes’ recovery.

Power Exercise Plan

Usually, we are only using a fitness or weight training in the winter, but experience shows that this form of exercise is very beneficial throughout the year. Depending on the needs of the individual, a plan is created that eliminates the disadvantages or enhances the individual’s strengths.

Sports nutrition consulting

We offer sports nutrition consulting, as we realize that for an athlete, the right nutrition is just as important as the right training plan. .

Analysis of past training process

If access to the previous training data is possible, a review of all past training is made, which enables a better preparation of the training program, since it is easier to find out what works for an individual and what does not and what are the individual’s disadvantages and advantages.

Training analysis

Based on the analyses of the training performed, we evaluate whether an individual exercise, or a set of them, required a stimulus to achieve the set goals and, based on the findings, correct the further training.

For all information related to the training program, a free TrainingPeaks app is available for mobile devices that support Android or Apple OS, and a free online application is also available.

An annual training periodization based on wishes, goals, and training history is made.

Monitoring daily measurements

Daily data (HRV, morning HR, regeneration, sleep quality…) combined with an analysis of the training sessions, give a more realistic picture of the training performed. Training data tells only one side of the story, the other side is obtained from certain daily data.

Training based on muscle oxygenation

Real-time measurements of muscle oxygen saturation levels (SmO2) in the capillaries of muscle tissue, provide the information of what is happening in the muscle of athletes while they exercise. Based on those measurements, we can adjust the intensity, duration, and volume of intervals and training sessions. .. .

Preparing for important races

Preparing for a race can mean an adaptation to altitude, temperature, length of the race, diet plan, as well as specific training that best prepares an individual for specific factors during the race.
